Very pleased with the Japanese workshops we have been offering. Sumi-e painting is still very popular so we will keep offering that as an option for a while longer and the Japanese Rice bags are so beautiful and achievable as a project that we will carry on with them for another month.
New for May will be a small wet felting project. We will be wet felting soap bars. This makes an attractive addition to any bathroom as well as offering other benefits. The soap life is extended with the felting protection and the natural wool fibres have antibacterial and antimicrobial qualities. Oh and its a lot fun.
All our workshops are designed to be achievable simple projects to introduce to a craft you may not have tried before. We will be opening up out of shop hours soon to give more focus on the craft.
